List any short course/s you’ve attended, academic institution or person/s responsible for such course/s and year attended
Please provide any further information that you feel may help the Executive Committee decide upon the suitability of your qualifications (optional). E.g. conferences attended, papers presented, publication list etc.


Section D: Experience and Core Competencies

Please provide a list of your core competencies. Motivate by providing detailed information on the experience gained and /or work undertaken in order to develop your core competencies. Please focus on Environmental Assessment related experience. The Executive Committee may request proof of experience at their discretion. Give Core competency, Project, Date and Description for each item.
Please feel free to add additional information that you feel may help the Executive Committee to judge the appropriateness of your professional experience.


Section E: Other professional bodies or relevant organisations
